- Min. graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree is a must for Management positions, and Senior High School for Crew position - Minimum 3 years of working experience for Supervisor and minimum 5 years of working experience for Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent - Fresh graduates are welcome for Crew position - Good leadership abilities, people management skill, mentoring and coaching - Excellent communication skill, proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed - Committed to excellent customer service - In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (PnL) report, Food hygiene, Health and Safety - Understand specific training modules (i.e. PULSE, SAP, Restaurant Operations) - Have creative strategy on fulfilling the stores sales target - Willing to be placed at Ubud, Bali
